Using Contrast's AI Scribe (Steps 3 and 4)
Ready to streamline your documentation process? Simply hit the red record button shown below to capture patient conversations with our AI Scribe. Once complete, press the button again to stop and submit the recording, allowing our system to generate a draft clinical note. Our demo illustrates key sections of a SOAP note, excluding elements like the physical exam.

Clinical Note Processing and Creation (Step 5)
Our platform processes your conversations into clinical documentation, typically within 3 minutes (30-60 seconds coming soon). Meanwhile, you're free to conduct subsequent recordings without delay - our system is able to manage multiple sessions simultaneously. To start your next recording while your initial note processes, press the blue "Save Note" button, then repeat steps 3 and 4. You'll receive a notification when prior AI Scribe notes are ready for review.
Next Steps
Select the Chart Review tab at the top left of your screen to review past notes. If you'd like to modify a note, press the Edit Note button or double click the relevant row in the chart review table.
